One operating system a small nonprofit actually runs on: money, programs, fundraising, and the week, in one place.
The situation
Ambition Angels is the youth career-exposure nonprofit Remi runs. Like most small nonprofits it had a donor list in one tool, a budget in another, program records in a third, and the real state of things in one person's head.
What we found
Running it taught us which systems hold under a five-person team and which ones look good in a deck and die in March. So we built the one we needed, then made it the product.

Staff open one system in the morning. The pipeline, the budget, the programs, and the week live in the same place, and the board sees the same numbers the staff do.
The result
A small nonprofit running on one operating system instead of six tools and a spreadsheet, and the product we now install for other organizations.
