Good people end up carrying what a system should hold.
We've made the expensive mistakes on our own dime, so you don't have to. Ambition Angels is our nonprofit and it runs on the same kind of system we build for clients. Youth-serving organizations are where our attention goes first, and the method holds anywhere good people are carrying too much.
