How an engagement runs
Every engagement starts with the diagnosis. From there we scope the work together: a build, a coaching cadence, back-office support, or all three, with a clear arc and a defined handoff. We train your people as we go, and by the end your team runs the system on its own.
Develop and support

Building the system is half the work. The people who run it are the other half. We coach leaders and teams, onboard them onto the system, whether we built it or you already had it, and set the daily, weekly, and monthly rhythms that make the work hold. For organizations that want hands while they grow, we also provide back-office support: admin, finance, compliance, and HR, led by Shannon.
If you want us to hold part of the back office for a season while you grow, Shannon and the team will hold it, and we will keep training your people the whole time.
